A wine with a lyrical, creamy mouth feel. The depth of blackberries, cherries and currants is unreal and persistent. This is one for the cellar and will age for at least a decade and probably longer.

Deep, ripe richness and powerful aromatics of thyme, sage and vanilla liqueur. The mouth feel is full and focused with essences of clove and cinnamon. Firm acidity is balanced against pure, intense raspberry and blueberry fruits with cassis overtones.

The aromas leap out of the glass and bring with them hints of vanilla, blackberries and dried herbs de provence. The mouth feel is exceptionally filling and smooth, while the flavors of dark fruits, ripe berries and lingering minerality meld together.
