CLUB MEMBER BENEFITS

• Semi-Annual Wine Shipments - Twice a year wine club members will receive two- bottles of Boete  wines. Each shipment will range from $65 to $90 plus shipping and sales tax where applicable. Your first shipment will be sent upon receipt of membership.
• Wine shipments are normally made in October & April.
• 10% off wine purchases of One To Five Bottles, 15% On Six or More Bottles
• 10% Discount On Logo Merchandise 

By joining Boete wine club, I agree to the following terms of agreement:

• I am 21 years of age or older.
• I understand UPS requires an adult signature for delivery of my wines. (Business address preferred to assure delivery. Carriers will not deliver to PO Boxes
• My credit card will be charged the appropriate cost prior to receiving my shipment.
• Members are responsible for providing updated credit card information and any address changes two   weeks prior to shipment. I understand that I am responsible for all costs incurred as a result of my wine shipment being returned to the winery & for reshipment
• I may cancel membership anytime after the first shipment and within two weeks of next scheduled shipment.
