2003 Estate Boëté Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic Bordeaux style cabernet, full bodied, superb tannin, classic berry fruit with hints of mineral & chocolate on the finish. This wine will stand up for 20 years with proper cellaring.

2003 Estate Boëté Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Elegant and stylish, this wine grows and grows on you. A mix of vivid blackberry and black cherry fruit with a light touch of creamy oak and lavender. Sharply focused and persistent, the intensity builds, revealing depth and concentration, with firm tannins that fan out on the finish.

2004 Estate Boëté Cabernet Sauvignon
Smooth rich tannins, the fruit is very intense in this wine and it has a huge mouth feel, lush & creamy. Hints of violets & cranberry lead to big blackberry plum & currant fruits. Fantastic youngster!

2004 Estate Boëté Cabernet Franc
This wine is another Boete power house. Intense flavors of cherry, spice tea & red berry. A fragrant nose of roses & violets entice you to savor each and every taste.

2004 Estate Boëté Cabernet Franc Reserve
Starting with the nose thats spell-binding, this wine is a step above. Dark rich concentrated flavor of cheery, wild berry & anise. Finishes with lively acidity and good structure as the tannins fold in nicely adding a hint of toasty oak on the finish.

2005 Estate Boëté Cheval Rouge
Wonderful balance and intensity, with rich, spicy currant, anise, lavender and mineral flavors that are pure and well-defined. Finishes with firm tannins but also a burst of ripe fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
